I have just found out that my work has been accepted for the Wayne Art Center’s annual juried show, which will have its opening on Sunday, March 31st. They accepted my Wonder Woman piece as well as my Toulouse Latrec piece (the one that was seen on “To Tell The Truth“). I hope to see some of you there! (EDIT: Someone purchased the Toulouse Latrec piece at the show!)
I have just been informed that I have been accepted for the Art League of Rhode Island’s juried show “Twisting Fibers” which will run from March 8 through May 8 at Gallery 175 in Pawtucket. I am told that my piece “Dali #3” was selected over 388 other submissions. The reception and Award Ceremony will be on March 14 from 5:30 to 8:00, and I plan to be there.
Virginia Commonwealth University, where I received my Bachelors in Fine Arts, has a nice article about me in their newsletter this week!
